At Maison Alméa, we want every purchase to be as calm as the atmosphere you create at home. Here are our concrete commitments.

Free delivery in mainland France (including Corsica)

Delivery is free, with no minimum order, in mainland France (including Corsica). You are given a tracking number to follow your parcel. Full details are in our shipping policy.

Lead times

Dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours. Estimated receipt within 7 to 10 working days from order confirmation. You receive a confirmation email, then a dispatch email with your tracking number.

Secure payment

Your payments are protected by secure solutions and your bank details are not stored by the shop.

Returns within 90 days

You have 90 days from receipt to request a return or exchange. The product must be returned complete with its invoice. Return costs: paid by Maison Alméa (free returns for the customer). Full conditions in our refund policy.
