OcraYellow travertine pendant light for living room, natural stone Ø 20 cm
Pendant light formed from a single piece of yellow travertine cut into a flat 20 cm diameter drum, open at the bottom. The cable adjusts up to 200 cm. With no added disc or visor, it is the thickness of the stone itself that contains the light and directs it towards the floor in a crisp circle.
Travertine forms through limestone deposits around water springs, which explains its open cavities and irregular colour layers. On a piece as wide and smooth as this drum, these variations are particularly visible: the edge reveals the layering of the block, and no piece reproduces the pattern of another. The overall shade can vary between cream beige and golden beige.
- Material: yellow travertine (natural stone)
- Diameter: 20 cm
- Cable: 200 cm, adjustable during installation
- Mounting type: hung on a cord
- Light source: LED
- Light distribution: downwards, through the lower opening
- Dimmer: not compatible
- Warranty: 2 years
Installation: fixed to the ceiling, hung on a cord whose length is adjusted during installation. It connects to an existing ceiling outlet; if there is no light point, an electrician will be needed. The stone makes the whole piece heavier than a metal or glass shade: check that the ceiling support is sound before installation.
Above a dining table, the low, wide shape produces a clear circle of light on the tabletop. In a bedroom, hung off-centre above a bedside table, it replaces a table lamp and frees up the surface. In a hallway, its compact silhouette sits above a console table without getting in the way.
