OpaleTravertine and wood ceiling light, opal globe, Ø 25 cm
Ceiling light made up of a 25 cm diameter travertine disc, set on a solid wood base, and a white opal globe that protrudes beneath the stone. The whole piece is 10 cm high. The globe spreads soft light throughout the room, while the stone frames the source.
Travertine is a naturally porous sedimentary rock: its cavities, veins and shades of beige change from one block to another. No two ceiling lights are ever identical. These irregularities come from the stone and are not defects.
- Materials: yellow travertine (natural stone), solid wood, opal globe
- Dimensions: Ø 25 cm, height 10 cm
- Mounting: surface-mounted on the ceiling
- Fitting: G9
- Bulb: not included
- Voltage: 85-265 V
- Dimmer: not compatible
- Area lit: 3 to 5 m²
- Use: indoor only
- Warranty: 2-year legal guarantee of conformity
Installation: surface-mounted on the ceiling on an existing cable outlet, with the power switched off. If there is no light point at that spot, an electrician will be needed. Allow for a G9 bulb.
In a bedroom, it replaces a bare bulb with diffused light and a stone object. In an entrance hall or a hallway, its low 10 cm profile suits low ceilings. Under a covered balcony or in a conservatory, it gives soft light in the evening.
