applique-retro-en-bois-vintage-douille-e27
Vintage retro wooden wall light for living room, E27 fitting

Wall light made up of a black metal backplate 16 cm high and 6 cm wide, on which a square-section block of wood is mounted, with the electrical cable wound around it in visible coils. The lampholder hangs from the end of a 20 cm cord, for a total projection of 20 cm from the wall. The bulb remains bare and visible.

The length of the cord is adjustable: the cable is 85 cm long in total and can be wound more or less around the wooden block, so you can lower the bulb or raise it back against the wall after installation. This is the only adjustment on the light, and it is done by hand, without tools. The lampholder is E27, the standard screw fitting. As the bulb is exposed and has no diffuser, its appearance matters as much as its light: a globe bulb or one with a visible filament suits the exposed construction of the light.

Materials: wood and black metal

Wall backplate: 16 cm high, 6 cm wide

Wooden bar: 4 × 4 cm section

Projection from the wall: 20 cm

Cord drop: 20 cm, adjustable

Total cable length: 85 cm

Fitting: E27, replaceable bulb

Bulb: not included

Number of light sources: 1

Recommended area: 3 to 8 m²

Warranty: 2 years

Installation: wall-mounted via the backplate, on an existing wire outlet.
